My executive coaching supports leaders working in complex environments who are trying to make sense of competing demands, uncertainty, and constant change. Together, we focus on strengthening your ability to lead with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Through a trusted and confidential partnership, you will deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your ability to navigate ambiguity, and build practical leadership approaches that work in real situations.

This is not formulaic coaching. It is grounded in your context and your challenges.

My Approach

My work blends coaching and mentorship.

Coaching helps you think more clearly, challenge assumptions, and develop your own answers. Mentorship draws on my experience to offer perspective, guidance, and practical insight.

I move between these roles as needed. Sometimes I ask the questions that unlock new thinking. Other times, I offer perspective from my own experience leading in complex organizations.

This approach is grounded in my Sensemaking Leadership Framework, which focuses on exploration and mapmaking, storytelling and narrative, improvisation and invention, and adaptation and collaboration.

Who This Is For

This work is designed for leaders who are navigating complexity and want to lead more intentionally.

It is particularly relevant for senior leaders, university and public sector leaders, individuals stepping into more complex roles, and those going through periods of transition or change.

What You Can Expect

A typical engagement is six months in length and includes bi-weekly one-hour sessions held virtually or occasionally in person.

We co-create a leadership development plan that reflects your goals and context. You will have access to tools, frameworks, and resources tailored to your needs, along with ongoing support between sessions.

Optional leadership assessments can be incorporated to deepen insight and accelerate development.

How I Work

I adhere to the professional standards of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

All coaching conversations are confidential and built on trust. If your organization is sponsoring the engagement, I maintain clear boundaries and do not play a role in performance management.

You are responsible for your decisions and actions. My role is to support your thinking and development.
