DJA Sensemaking is the registered business name of 1000694343 Ontario Limited, an Ontario-incorporated company based in Guelph, Canada. We provide professional and management development training, strategy consulting, and executive coaching services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and guidance from the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (IPC)

Our website (www.djasensemaking.com) collects limited personal information in two ways:

  1. Contact Form Submissions – When you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you provide.

  2. Website Analytics and Cookies – Our Squarespace-hosted website automatically uses essential cookies for security and performance, Squarespace Analytics for aggregated site statistics, and Google Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or use automated decision-making.

We do not sell, share, or lease personal information, and we do not use contact-form details for marketing unless you give explicit consent.

  • Embedded Media (Apple Podcasts) – The podcast player on our MESSY page is hosted by Apple Podcasts and may set cookies or collect limited technical data (e.g., IP address, playback data) in line with Apple’s Privacy Policy.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for Squarespace to operate and cannot be disabled.

5. Third-Party Services and Storage

Squarespace hosts our website and stores analytics data on its secure servers. Google Analytics, Meta Platforms, and Apple Podcasts may process data on servers located outside Canada and are subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

We ensure any third-party services we use are reputable and have comparable data-protection standards.

  • Contact-form submissions and related emails are stored on password-protected devices or secure cloud services.

  • We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage follow-up communication, then delete or anonymize them.

  • Client records are kept only for legitimate business or legal reasons.

  • We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect all information against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

You may request access to, or correction of, any personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to delete your contact-form submission or withdraw consent for future use.
